Three fixed-price packages built around how much credibility groundwork your subject needs — from a straightforward page submission to a full personal brand footprint. Every package starts with a free eligibility review.
If your media coverage already meets Wikipedia's bar, Starter is all you need. If it doesn't yet, Authority and Premium build the third-party credibility first — so your submission holds up under editorial review.
For subjects who already have solid independent press coverage and simply need the page written and submitted correctly.
Free eligibility check before you pay
Recommended if additional credibility is needed — we strengthen your source base before the page is ever submitted.
Most popular with executives & founders
A complete public-profile build — Wikipedia plus the website, biography, media, and search presence that surround it.
Best for long-term reputation building
Not sure which package fits? Send us your name and any press coverage you already have. Our team will tell you honestly whether Wikipedia's notability guidelines are already met — in which case Starter is enough — or whether you need supporting coverage first. The eligibility review is free and carries no obligation.
Every package includes the core Wikipedia work. The difference is how much credibility groundwork and surrounding brand presence we build alongside it.

Regardless of which tier you choose, these standards apply to every project we take on.
We assess your subject against Wikipedia's notability guidelines before you commit to anything. If you don't qualify yet, we tell you — and explain what would need to change.
The package price is what you pay. No hourly billing, no scope creep invoices, and no surprise charges once the project is underway.
Neutral encyclopedic tone, independent reliable sources, and correct citation formatting — written the way Wikipedia's reviewers expect to read it.
Nothing goes to Wikipedia until you've reviewed the draft. You stay in control of the facts and framing while we handle the technical execution.
One point of contact from eligibility check through publication, with progress updates at every stage and support available when you need it.
If a Wikipedia reviewer requests changes, we handle the response, strengthen the sourcing, and resubmit — at no additional cost to you.
The things clients most often ask before choosing a package.
It depends entirely on your existing media coverage. If you already have significant, independent coverage in reliable publications, Starter at $499 covers everything needed to research, write, cite, and submit your page. If your coverage is thin — or mostly press releases, self-published content, or local mentions — Authority at $1,299 is the right choice, because it builds the supporting third-party credibility first. Premium Personal Brand at $2,999 is for clients who want the full public-profile build: Wikipedia plus a personal website, professional biography, broader media coverage, and Google Knowledge Panel and social profile optimization. Our free eligibility review will tell you which tier actually applies to your situation.
These are fixed package prices for standard projects. You are quoted the full amount before any work begins and there are no hourly charges or hidden add-ons. Unusually complex subjects — for example, those requiring extensive archival research, multi-language sourcing, or work on a page with a contentious editorial history — may fall outside standard scope. In those cases we tell you upfront during the eligibility review and quote the difference before you commit, never after.
The stated timeline — 7–10 business days for Starter, 2–4 weeks for Authority, and 4–6 weeks for Premium — covers our work: research, drafting, citation formatting, your review, and submission, plus media placement and brand deliverables on the higher tiers. Wikipedia's own editorial review queue is handled by volunteer editors and its speed varies independently of us. We manage the submission and respond quickly to any reviewer questions to keep things moving.
Wikipedia requires independent, reliable sources to establish notability — your own website, press releases, and social media do not count. When a subject's existing coverage falls short, we arrange genuine editorial coverage in legitimate third-party publications to strengthen the source base. Authority includes up to 2 placements where required; Premium includes up to 5. If your existing coverage is already sufficient, we say so rather than arranging placements you don't need.
No. The eligibility review is free and carries no obligation. Tell us who the subject is and share any press coverage you're aware of, and our specialists will assess it against Wikipedia's notability guidelines and respond within 24 hours with an honest answer — including telling you when the answer is "not yet."
We handle it at no additional cost. Our first-attempt approval rate is 96%, but when a reviewer does request changes or decline a submission, we review the feedback, strengthen the sourcing or adjust the content, and resubmit. A project isn't finished, from our side, until your page is live.
Premium Personal Brand includes ongoing publication support. For Starter and Authority clients, page monitoring and maintenance is available as a separate service — it covers watching for vandalism and editorial tags, responding to deletion discussions, and keeping the article accurate as your career or business evolves. See our monitoring & maintenance page for details.
Before you pick a package, find out where you actually stand. Tell us about your subject and we'll come back within 24 hours with an honest notability assessment and the right package for your situation.
